Sourdough Boule

Our sourdough boule is a round loaf with a sturdy crust, a tender crumb and a tangy sourdough flavor. We bake it in small batches in our VDACS-licensed kitchen in Partlow, Virginia.

Slice it for toast and sandwiches. Tear it for soup night. Or hollow it out for a bread bowl.

Dough: sourdough, gluten-free sourdough or wheat.

Sizes: 1 lb, 2 lb, loaf or mini loaf.

Allergy note: Made in a kitchen that processes peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat and dairy products. We make gluten-free dough with separate utensils, bowls and pans, but our kitchen is not completely gluten free.
