Shipping policy

All items are shipped priority due to the ingredients. If you live in a warmer climate, please consider purchasing the cold packs for shipping (available at an extra charge). We are not responsible for melted chocolate. 

We package every item with care, however, have no control over what happens to your package after it leaves us. If you receive something damaged or broken, please email us a photo so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
