Due to our products being food, we are unable to accept returns or give refunds. If you receive your product and have any issues, however, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to provide an acceptable resolution.
We ship ONLY Priority - either USPS or UPS. Due to the nature of our products, this is the best option for you to receive your treats. We suggest adding cold packs for shipping to warmer climates (available at an additional charge) as we cannot be responsible for melting chocolate.
If you receive a shipment and something is broken, please reach out immediately. Take a photo as we will file a claim with the postal service and replace your item.
